Street Scenes - February 7 & 8, 2020
Carmel Catholic's largest annual fundraiser, featuring more than 50 bands, a casino, improv, theater, food, and drinks. Each year in February, hundreds of Carmel Catholic volunteers transform the school into a spectacular fun-filled venue. Through the generous efforts of students, parents, Carmel alumni, and friends and sponsors, Street Scenes contributes more than $350,000 each year to support the academic programs at Carmel Catholic.

Power of the Purse
Women United’s (WU) signature fundraiser, Power of the Purse, celebrates women, friendship and philanthropy. Because of the pandemic, we have switched up this year’s event Power of the Purse 2020 will be an online buying and bidding shopping experience with 40+ trendy designer bags in our POP Purse Boutique and 20+ silent auction purses and baskets. Guests can also purchase toys, books and learning resources for children who need them most. Proceeds from the event go into WU’s philanthropy fund, Little Kids, Big Futures. Directed by the membership, funds are invested in early childhood literacy programs that change the educationfutures for Lake County’s most vulnerable children. 2020 Sunday November 8th, 11:30 AM-1 PM.
