The customer service is phenomenal. Our family always deals with Jorge there at the service desk. He has taken such good care of not only our vehicles, but of us as well that he has earned our loyalty. I have found that they have the best prices around. Can't beat 'em.

They were so helpful here! I got a flat tire on my way home and I just happen to live next door, so I pulled in and asked if they could fit me in and I was in and out within an hour! Price was reasonable and employees were great!

They were wonderful!! I had a screw in my tire and they were able to get me in quickly. The man who helped me out was very nice and helpful, we were done within 2 hours. Which is quick on a busy wendesday afternoon.

So I stopped in on 420 looking for Hub Centric Rings and Angel happened to service my requests and needs with no hesitation. He figured out what I needed but unfortunately it was a product that they didn't stock. But surprised me the next day with a phone call saying he had just got the rings delivered without me even putting down a deposit. Now that is service

Very happy with their service, very professional and helpful. The last 3 times I’ve been there to get tires, rims and other issues, David the guy in the front helped me a lot, excellent customer service. I definitely recommend them.

I went to Waukegan Tires because my tire pressure was very low! I needed a repair asap! I had a screw in my tire. I was advised to get a new tire for all 4 tires or if tire could be repaired, they could do it! The tire was repaired in a timely manner and customer service representative was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable! Thank you Waukegan Tires for your quick service and being understanding since it was a last minute job!
